INGREDIENTS:
Gluten, Tofu, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Muscovado Sugar, Fresh Vegetables, and Mushrooms.

Cooking Instructions:

To heat using microwave from thaw or frozen, remove from packaging and place in a microwavable container. Heat on medium for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat again for 2 minutes or 165°F until heated through.

To heat using stovetop from thaw or frozen, remove from packaging and place in a stove safe pan. Heat on slow fire setting for 5 minutes until heated through.
