Shipping and Delivery Information

Standard delivery time is as follows:
Same day delivery is available in Metro Manila only
Orders within Metro Manila can be delivered within the day
Cutoff time is 6 pm, within operating hours and
from Tuesday to Sunday, (CLOSED on Mondays)
Orders received after cutoff time shall be scheduled
delivery for the next day, except for Mondays
Delivery outside Metro Manila is subject to courier availability
 
For Fresh food or Frozen food and ice cream product delivery is only within Metro Manila
 
For Provincial delivery or shipping:
Please get in touch with us at our main branch thru our contacts so we can ship your orders via courier.
 
We currently deliver products only in the Philippines. For concerns regarding delivery send us an email at thevegangrocer@gmail.com or contact us.
 
Delivery or Shipping transit to destination may vary due to weather, traffic conditions, holidays, courier concerns or any other unforeseen event.
