Dry Shirataki Rice or Konjac is a traditional Japanese food made primarily from konjac flour also known as shirataki. This product also has added ingredients like tapioca starcj to make the traditional wet shirataki more palatable and similar to the taste and texture of real rice.

How to Cook:

Microwave: 4 minutes
1. Dry Shirataki Rice to Water Ratio: 1 part rice = 1 part water
2. Combine Dry Shirataki Rice and water in a microwave safe bowl and cover with a lid.  Cook until water is fully absorbed, leave to cool until fluffy.

Stovetop / Rice Cooker: 15 minutes
1. Combine water and dry rice in a pot / rice cooker. Cook until water is fully absorbed and leave to cook until fluffy.

Note: Microwave ovens and rice cookers vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
