A Vegan substitute to lechon roll.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat protein, Tapioca, Soy sauce, Garlic, Onion, Black pepper, Lemongrass, and Mushroom powder.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Deep fry in a pan with a generous amount of oil until golden brown. For lesser oil, you may also opt to cook it in the oven. Rub the velly roll with oil and cook until golden brown and crispy.
