The Real Happy Cow Jackfruit Chicken Nuggets 8pcs

Launched in VegFest Pilipinas 2017, our melt-in-your-mouth chick'un wings/nuggets became an instant crowd favorite. Desiring to create a healthy and delicious vegan alternative to chicken wings, we lovingly made our chick'un wings entirely of vegetables and no one knows any better!  They are best eaten freshly cooked, coated in sauce with a side of pasta or rice, or ala carte with a glass of cold beer. 

INGREDIENTS: Jackfruit, banana blossom, whole wheat flour, cornstarch/rice/cassava flour, spices, kosher salt, expeller-pressed coconut oil 

HOW TO PREPARE: No need to defrost before cooking. Deep fry or air fry or cook in the oven toaster until golden brown (minimum of 3 minutes). Coat in sauce of choice or serve on the side.

HOW TO STORE: Freezer
