A great meaty alternative to traditional bolognese (not sweet) without sacrificing taste and nutrition. Made from red lentils and non-GMO texturized vegetable protein, our bolognese can feed 6-8 people when tossed in cooked 300 grams of dry spaghetti in less than 15 minutes. It is so versatile that it can be used to layer lasagnas, stuff pasta shells, dip for chips spooned on hot rice.
