HOW TO PREPARE: 

Recommended: Defrost and fry in pan on medium high heat with some oil until edges are slightly crispy.

HOW TO STORE: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Once thawed, refrigerate and seal in airlock container, consume within 5 days
