Versatile, lightly seasoned seitan meat. Can be used as a replacement for meat in any of your favorite recipes.

INGREDIENTS: Vital wheat gluten flour, garbanzo flour, tomato paste, spices, olive oil

HOW TO PREPARE: Defrost overnight in refrigerator or by submerging sealed bag in hot water.

Heat and eat! Slice, shred, chop, mince and use as desired in place of protein in recipes.

HOW TO STORE: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Once thawed, refrigerate and seal in airlock container, consume within 5 days
