In a Nutshell Smoked Gouda 200g (gluten-free)

This is a firm, lightly-smoked cheese made from cashew nut and formed using locally-sourced carrageenan. It is dairy-free and gluten-free, and melts and grates just like dairy cheese (but at a slightly higher temperature).

Cashew nut, water, culture, coconut oil, cassava flour, nutritional yeast, hickory smoke flavor, salt, Worcestershire sauce, carrageenan, onion powder

ALLERGEN: Contains Tree Nuts. Manufactured in facility that processes soy.

STORAGE: Keep frozen. If defrosted, keep chilled and consume within 3 weeks.
