Is a dairy-free and gluten-free cheese. This cheese has  a creamy and soft texture with savory, buttery flavor  with a slight of tangy note.

USE AS: Toppings, Added to Grilled sandwiches, recipe for baking (pastry)

INGREDIENTS: Water, Cashew and pili nuts, Coconut oil, Cassava starch, White miso, Iodized salt, Nutritional Yeast, Kappa Carrageenan, Apple Cider Vinegar, and cultures. 
 
HOW TO PREPARE:

Defrost: Thaw the cheese and slice.

Pan: put the cheese and melt.

Toaster: Add the bread, toast until it cooks then add the cheese. 

HOW TO STORE: Keep frozen, once defrosted or thawed keep chilled and consume within 3 weeks

SHELF LIFE: 12 months
