Amores Gluten-Free Pancake Mix 356g

INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour, tapioca starch, brown sugar, baking powder, iodized salt, xanthan gum

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Mix pancake mix well then add and blend in wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix the batter.
2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup (50 g) batter onto a pre-heated (medium/ high heat) lightly oiled frying pan.
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until bubbles have popped then flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes.

HOW TO STORE: 
Keep in a clean, cool and dry place
