Wheat Protein, Water, Coconut Milk, Green Chili, Oil, Onion, Garlic, Red Chili, Ginger, Salt, Natural & Nature Identical Flavors

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Microwave (Recommended cooking method): Thaw for 30 minutes before microwave. Remove lid. Heat on the highest setting for 1-3 minutes. Stir halfway for even heating. Serve warm.                                       

Stovetop: Thaw for 30 minutes before heating in pan.
