INGREDIENTS:

Water, Textured Soy Protein, Potatoes, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Pepper, Sugar, Bay Leaf, Natural & Nature Identical Flavors

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Microwave (Recommended cooking method): Thaw for 30 minutes before microwave. Remove lid. Heat on the highest setting for 1-3 minutes. Stir halfway for even heating. Serve warm.                                         

Stovetop: Thaw for 30 minutes before heating in pan. Empty contents in pan. Simmer over medium heat until desired temperature. Add water, if desired. Stir occasionally.

HOW TO STORE: keep frozen
