Turmeric Ginger has an exotic aroma balancing the spicy ginger with the mellow turmeric and cooling lemongrass. This beverage may be enjoyed hot or cold (iced tea) and is a healthy alternative to coffee, as these herbs have a long tradition in natural medicine. Black pepper extract has been added, as it is said to improve the absorption of curcumin, the main bio-active component of turmeric. This special herbal tea is sweetened with stevia and erythritol (a sugar alcohol), and is therefore 100% sugar free and nearly calorie free, making it safe for those with diabetes.

INGREDIENTS: Erythritol, Extract from Fresh Turmeric,* Extract from Fresh Ginger**, Natural Extracts From Lemongrass and Black Pepper, Stevia Concentrate (RA 99)

* - Harvested wild in unpolluted mountain areas 
** - Grown without the use of chemicals

Preparation:
Mix about one level teaspoon (5g) powder into a cup of hot water (about 200ml).

Serving suggestions:

• Add some milk (soya milk, oat milk, rice milk etc.)
• Iced tea: Mix a heaped teaspoon powder into a glass of natural water. Add ice cubes or place in the fridge.

Yields about 45 cups! Each serving contains the equivalent of 7g turmeric and 5g ginger.
