Divella’s gluten-free pasta is made only of maize flour, rice flour and water to obtain a soft dough of perfect consistency. The shaping process gives it its characteristic form, which it retains as the pasta goes through the slow drying phase. From Fusilli to Spaghetti, gluten-free pasta is suitable not only for coeliacs, but for all people who follow specific diets.
