INGREDIENTS:
gluten free crust (water, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, chickpea flour, milled flaxseed, rice starch, olive oil, cane sugar, yeast, inulin, psyllium, salt, xanthan gum, locust bean gum), white sauce (water, safflower oil, tapioca starch, natural flavor, garlic powder, guar gum, salt, yeast extract, lactic acid, black pepper, xanthan gum), dairy-free mozzarella and feta shreds (daiya oat cream™ blend (water, gluten-free oat flour, pea protein), coconut oil, tapioca starch, safflower oil, modified potato starch, calcium phosphate, salt, natural flavors, potato starch, corn starch, dextrose, olive oil, lactic acid, maltodextrin, yeast extract, fruit juice (for color)), mushroom, kale, caramelized onion, fig, thyme.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) in conventional oven or 400°F (204°C) in convection oven.
2. Remove overwrap plastic. Place flatbread directly on middle oven rack.
3. Bake flatbread for 18-21 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Check flatbread after 18 minutes.
CAUTION
Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160°F (71°C) for food safety and quality. Do not allow flatbread to thaw. Do not eat flatbread without cooking. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary.
