INGREDIENTS:
gluten free crust (water, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, chickpea flour, milled flaxseed, rice starch, olive oil, cane sugar, yeast, inulin, psyllium, salt, xanthan gum, locust bean gum), dairy-free mozzarella shreds (daiya oat cream™ blend (water, gluten-free oat flour, pea protein), tapioca starch, coconut oil, safflower oil, calcium phosphate, natural flavors, salt, corn starch, dextrose, lactic acid, maltodextrin, yeast extract), plant-based ranch dressing (water, canola oil, distilled vinegar, evaporated cane sugar, salt, chickpea protein, natural flavors, maltodextrin, lactic acid, xanthan gum, cultured dextrose, black peppeer, yeast extract, parsley flakes), tomato, plant-based chicken style shreds (water, protein strips (pea protein isolate, gluten-free oat flour), safflower oil, natural flavors, apple cider vinegar, salt), meatless bacon style bits (pea protein, sorghum flakes, natural flavors, water, coconut oil, salt, cane sugar, paprika oleoresin (for color), caramel color), onion, spinach, calcium chloride.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) in conventional oven or 400°F (204°C) in convection oven.

2. Remove overwrap plastic. Place flatbread directly on middle oven rack.

3. Bake flatbread for 18-21 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Check flatbread after 18 minutes.

CAUTION

Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160°F (71°C) for food safety and quality. Do not allow flatbread to thaw. Do not eat flatbread without cooking. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary.
