Coles Couscous is Made from 100% Australian Durum Wheat.

INGREDIENTS:
Durum Semolina (Wheat)

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place 1/2 cup (125ml) water in a saucepan. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and salt to taste (optional) and bring to the boil. Remove from heat.
2. Add 1/2cup (100g) of Coles Cous Cous stirring continuously. Cover and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes.
3. Using a fork, gently separate the grains.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place
