INGREDIENTS:
King Oyster Mushroom, Almond Flour, Oat flour (gluten-free), Mushroom Powder, Flax Meal, Distilled Water, Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Thawing: Let patties sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before cooking for best texture.
Pan (Non-stick):
1) Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
2) Cook each side for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
3) Let rest before serving
Oven-Bake Option:
1) Preheat oven to 180C (350F)
2) Place patties on a parchment-lined tray
3) Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway
4) Cool slightly before serving
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.
