Buckwheat Soba 300g

It is a Japanese buckwheat noodle. It has a rich and strong chewy texture that is ideal for hot and cold serving noodles. Enjoy your noodle dish with a mixture of dashi such as soy sauce, mirin and sugar.

Cooking Instruction: 

1. Put 100g(2 bundles pers) per serving into about 1L of boiling water, loosen it lightly with chopsticks, and boil for about 5 minutes (Please adjust the boiling time to your preference)
2.After boiling, transfer to a colander and wash well with running water.

How to store: 

Store in a cool and dry place

Consume as soon as possible after opening.
