INGREDIENTS: Water, pea protein*, refined coconut oil, sunflower oil, natural flavor, contains 2% or less of: rice protein, faba bean protein, potato starch, salt, vegetable juice (for color), apple fiber, methylcellulose, citrus extract (to protect quality), calcuim alginate casing.
HOW TO PREPARE:
GRIDDLE: Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475°F), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
GRILL: Pre-heat covered grill to 500°f. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
SKILLET: Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
HOW TO STORE: Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving. If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 7 days of thawing.
