How to cook:

1. Rinse the Adlay thoroughly in running water.

2. If desired, soak in water for 15-20 minutes

3. Simmer in a pot or rice cooker for 30 minutes until cooked. For a 1 cup of Adlay, add 2 cups of water.

4. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
