Ardo Rainbow Rice 450g

A colourful mix of riced vegetables – cauliflower, courgette, yellow and orange carrots, broccoli and spinach. Fresh and tasty.

INGREDIENTS: Cauliflower(18%), zucchini (18%), carrot (18%), yellow carrot (18%), broccoli (18%), spinach (10%)

HOW TO PREPARE: 

• Put the desired quantity of product in a non metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook stirring occasionally.

• Pan: Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of product in the frying pan and cook at medium heat stirring well.

HOW TO STORE: Keep frozen
