Ardo Loose Curly Kale 1.5kg

The loose leaves of the curly kale are individually frozen (IQF) to preserve their natural leaf structure. This tasty autumn and winter vegetable is delicious stirred through mash. It is available all year round at a consistently high quality.

HOW TO PREPARE:

- Place the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to boil. Frozen vegetables do not need to be cooked for as long as fresh since they are par cooked. Drain and season to taste.

 - Heat 1- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of product in the frying pan and cook at medium heat stirring well.

- Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.

HOW TO STORE: Keep frozen
